GIS Suitability Modeling
GIS-based suitability models can be applied to map or locate more suitable areas for different purposes. Analysis can be a function of only including areas that meet a certain criteria or can include weighted polygon layers as shown below. Any number of layers (variables) can be applied in different mathematical or statistical ways. Contact GIS Ag Maps if you are interested in developing a model or if you have questions.
